I’m a communication scientist and organizational psychologist with more than 20 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist and higher education leader. My work lives at the intersection of communication, culture, and organizational effectiveness, where I help organizations build workplaces that are not only high-performing but also supportive and equitable.

My foundation in speech-language pathology shapes everything I do. It’s where I developed a deep appreciation for accessible communication, cultural responsiveness, and the role relationships play in performance and growth. I bring that lens into my work in organizational development, particularly when designing learning experiences and leadership programs that support diverse learners and foster a true sense of belonging.
Over the course of my career, I’ve led academic programs, designed curriculum, and developed workforce learning initiatives that strengthen both people and systems. I’m especially passionate about translating complex ideas about human behavior and communication into practical, usable strategies that improve engagement and leadership capacity.

My approach is grounded in a simple belief: meaningful change requires both structure and humanity. I partner with organizations to assess readiness, align systems, and implement sustainable, people-centered solutions. Whether I’m working in higher education, healthcare, or community-based settings, my goal is to help leaders and teams navigate change with intention and impact.
