    I am a certified speech-language pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about communication, inclusion, and belonging. My clinical expertise covers the lifespan with an emphasis on culturally responsive intervention. I am fascinated by how diverse individuals work and learn together. My interests and research focus on communication and belonging in diverse classrooms and teams, curriculum design, and innovative program development.

    This interactive workshop is geared toward higher education institutions to infuse diverse perspectives into course design with an emphasis on methods to assess student learning.  Participants are encouraged to bring their syllabi or course ideas and apply learning in real time.  

    Curriculum Mapping & Planning

    Gain a better understanding of learning outcomes assessment curriculum mapping and linking program and course-level learning outcomes to maximize student success.  

    Microlearning & AI

    Explore innovations in AI and harness the power of microlearning to improve training and performance outcomes. Participants get hands-on experience using these powerful tools to enhance clinical intervention and employee training and development.

    Working on Diverse Teams

    Learn strategies to improve cross-cultural communication, social belonging, and collaboration within diverse teams. Participants engage in problem-based learning to examine an intersectional approach to belonging in the workplace. 

    Diversity & Inclusion for the 21st Century Professional

    This workshop examines current trends and critical issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion in educational, professional and clinical settings. Participants disucss real-world case studies surrounding ethics, social justice, bias, microaggressions, and critical self-reflection.

    CURRICULUM DESIGN

    Create a consistent thread between teaching and assessment of student learning for diversity-focused topics and ensure courses meet program and accreditation standards. Eusebia utilizes instructional design principles to address instructor skills/knowledge for teaching diversity-focused content and individual perceptions and feelings surrounding cross-cultural dialogue and student engagement.

    This project includes a comprehensive curriculum map, learning outcomes development, and a review of course syllabi.
